Whatever your goal is, we can work with that. Each one-on-one practice is built just for you and is adaptable to meet you where you are. Most private clients report a noticeable change and progress toward their goals within 90 days of a consistent weekly practice.

Your Body.
Many private clients seek one-on-one support because they want to build confidence in their body, but have something going on that makes it challenging to be successful in a group class. This might be a general restriction in movement, challenges with balance, recovering from an injury, or just feeling nervous because they've never tried yoga.
When we work together one-on-one, each practice is tailor-made for your body and can be continually adapted based on immediate feedback from you about what feels good or not. We are also open to connecting with other providers you may be working with (such as physical therapists) to collaborate on session design and ensure we are doing what is best to keep your body safe.

Your Practice.
The best part about private sessions? We get to do more of the things you like, and less of what you don’t! Unlike a group class that has a set plan, your sessions can revolve around what you find most beneficial in your practice. Maybe that means drilling on some specific poses and developing physical skills and strength. Maybe that means we focus only on restorative poses and meditation practices. These sessions are great way to really test out new practices find what version of a yoga practice is most beneficial to your daily life.

Your Lifestyle.
Private yoga allows you to build the schedule that you can actually commit to and maintain. Classes don’t fit in with everyone’s schedule and sometimes it’s not feasible to make it to the studio. One-on-one sessions provide flexibility in timing and location. While most sessions take place at the studio, in-home options are available (travel fees may apply depending on location).
